01 Delivery
We ship (almost) worldwide, but shipping costs do vary! We'll let you know the cost of shipping at checkout.
Worried about tariffs? Don't be! If you're buying from within the UK, USA, or EU, duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so nothing extra arrives at your door.
Delivery times will vary depending on location, but if you're buying with the UK, USA, or EU we aim to have the product in your hands within 5 working days.
02 What's your returns policy?
Unopened collection boxes can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us at info@BrickworkInc.comwith a photograph and we will replace it without fuss.
03 Can I pitch a game or request a specific era be covered?
We read every suggestion. Each product takes months of research, sourcing and design, so we can't promise a quick turn — but we'll review every request when choosing the next slate.
